Dubbed, Asan si Palparan (ASAP) inspired by Larry Alcala’s “Slice of Life” and Martin Handford’s “Where’s Waldo”, it is intended to be a collection of works to support the campaign to eventually convict and jail Jovito Palparan a.k.a the Butcher.
