CAPihan: ARTiculating Cultural Agenda


Concerned Artists of the Philippines (CAP) is an organization of artists cultural workers from various disciplines working towards a nationalist, people-oriented art and culture.

An offshoot of Free the Artist Movement, a campaign against Marcos’ censorship,  CAP was founded in 1983 with Lino Brocka as its founding chair.
