Children Led One Billion Rising Philippines (OBR-St. Theresa’s College)

In solidarity presentation for Grade 5 pupils at St. Theresa’s College (STC), children from Quezon City communities Manresa and Tatalon performed and led the dancing of Isang Bilyong Babaeng Babangon (One Billion Women Rising)Filipino translation of the song composed by Amber Davis, Marcy and Top Loudbox and Merlee Jayme with choreography by Nancy Crewe. 

The activity was an Annual Interaction of STC’s SAMAHAN (Interest Groups Program) in collaboration with Children’s Rehabilitation Center. The morning encounter of STC pupils and urban poor children was capped with performances, games and gift distribution.
