NCCA Competitive Grant Call for Proposals 2015

The Philippine National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) Competitive Grant Call for Proposals 2015 accepts project proposals in Dramatic ArtsDanceMusicVisual ArtsLiterary ArtsCinemaArchitecture and Allied ArtsLanguage and TranslationCommunicationCultural EducationArchiveArt GalleriesHistorical ResearchLibraries and Information ServicesMonuments and SitesMuseumCentral Cultural CommunitiesNorthern Cultural Communities and Southern Cultural Communities.

Projects may be in the form of artistic production, publication, archiving, restoration, seminar/conference, workshop, festival, competition, crafts, textiles and School of Living Traditions.

Who are Eligible to Apply?
The grant is open to Filipinos individuals and groups. Only one proposal per proponent can be submitted.
1. Individual artist / cultural workers
2. Non-Government Organizations (NGOs)
3. People’s Organizations (POs)
4. Indigenous People’s Organizations (IPOs) / Traditional-Cultural Communities
5. Local Government Units (LGUs) / State Agencies (SAs – institutions, state universities and public schools)

When is the DEADLINE?
August 31, 2014 | 6 PM
Late submissions will not be honored.

What to Submit?
1. Project Proposal (See NCCA Format) with Attachments based on Mechanics
2. Complete Eligibility Requirements (See List for Individual Proponents, NGOs/POs Proponent, IPOs, LGUs and SAs)

All proposals must be aligned with NCCA Organizational Goals. Each of the four NCCA SubCommissions and 19 of its Committees have particular Mechanics for priority projects in 2015. See the NCCA Website for Mechanics of the SubCommission on the Arts (SCA), SubCommission on Cultural Dissemination (SCD), SubCommission on Cultural Heritage (SCH) and SubCommission on Cultural Communities and Traditional Arts projects (SCCTA). Where to submit?
All proposals and eligibility requirements must be submitted to:

Documents must be stamped received by the PPFPD on or before August 31, 2014. E-mail submissions are accepted provided that all project documents are complete and that they reflect the scanned signature of the official proponent/head of the organization and project coordinators.
