The Philippine National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) Competitive Grant Call for Proposals 2015 accepts project proposals in Dramatic Arts, Dance, Music, Visual Arts, Literary Arts, Cinema, Architecture and Allied Arts, Language and Translation, Communication, Cultural Education, Archive, Art Galleries, Historical Research, Libraries and Information Services, Monuments and Sites, Museum, Central Cultural Communities, Northern Cultural Communities and Southern Cultural Communities.
Projects may be in the form of artistic production, publication, archiving, restoration, seminar/conference, workshop, festival, competition, crafts, textiles and School of Living Traditions.
Who are Eligible to Apply?
The grant is open to Filipinos individuals and groups. Only one proposal per proponent can be submitted.
1. Individual artist / cultural workers
2. Non-Government Organizations (NGOs)
3. People’s Organizations (POs)
4. Indigenous People’s Organizations (IPOs) / Traditional-Cultural Communities
5. Local Government Units (LGUs) / State Agencies (SAs – institutions, state universities and public schools)

All proposals must be aligned with NCCA Organizational Goals. Each of the four NCCA SubCommissions and 19 of its Committees have particular Mechanics for priority projects in 2015.
